WPB contd…
Me and Katie showing off our JM Writsbands… third pic of the set
As you may or may not know, I was in Miami this past weekend. As always it was fun. I’m originally from Miami, but moved to Tally in 2003. So I go back home every 6 months now. This time was particularly special. My friend Katie had never visited Miami before, so of course I brought her along with me. I showed her what Miami really had to offer.
We went out, drank and danced the night away. She was shocked that the clubs stayed out way past 2am. So she enjoyed herself even more. We went to the beach and hanged out with one of my best friends. And had some amazing food.
Then to add more to the awesomeness that was this weekend. We went to the John Mayer show in West Palm Beach on Saturday. His last show of the tour and a memorable one indeed. He played an awesome long set. That man knows how to play a guitar. And know how to make it look SEXY. Got to hang out with some new friends and one of my oldest friends, Kathy. Met up with a new friend that I met through JMMA, Wajima (Tumblr site). Who is just as obsessed as me. I definitely sang and danced the night away.
But all good stories come to an end. We had to pack up and leave the place that showed us lots of fun over the last 3 day and drive the 7 hours back home.
Thank you all so much for making the Battle Studies tour such a huge success and a pleasure. I’m going to miss seeing your faces every night. Thanks for singing along. And for accepting me. You don’t know how good that feels. And thanks for the signs, the clever, funny, awesome signs. And for…
John, you are very welcome. It was an awesome tour indeed.
In an hour the road trip begins. Me and my best friend, Katie, are driving down to MIAMI!
Home sweet home for me. Its been about 6 months since I’ve been back. But I’m excited.
Katie has never been to Miami before so we will be doing some touristy things. And of course going out partying is a must.
And on top of that. John Mayer concert on Saturday!!! Another huge reason to be excited for this trip.
Wish us luck and fun.

Day 25: A work of JM Fan Art
I know I’ve posted this video before. But I absolutely love it.

Day 24: A piece of JM merch I own.
From my very first John Mayer concert. I even have the poster framed and hanging in my hallway :-)
My favorite John memory is when I went to see him in concert in Tampa in 2008. This was my third time seeing John and definitely one of the best experiences. Before this tour I had signed up to be part of L83. I thank God I did. I got awesome seats through pre-sale. Fourth row! The last time I watched him in the same venue I was way far back.
I was such a little girl. But of course, I’m like that at every concert.
A month from now I will be seeing John for the fifth time. Not going to be close, actually going to be in the lawn for the first time. But will be with a lot of JM fans. Hopefully, another great night.

Day 20: Fav. John Mayer TV Experience
The day before Battle Studies came out, John did a concert featuring all the songs on the album.
That concert was broadcasted by FuseTV.
